In a city with as many vices as Vegas, it can be hard to believe that there’s a way to up the ante even more. In case pirate ship battles and hotels that are scaled down replicas of a number of famous landmarks, we could always expect the attractions on offer to be over the top, but this new one literally takes you to new heights. Operated by LINQ, visitors now have the opportunity to soar about the strip on a zip line.

Costing an astonishing $20 million, the attraction was launched by a group of 10 superhero clad employees who flew over the city as confetti exploded above the onlookers. It was a triumphant opening for a one-of-a-kind experience. The FLYLINQ Promenade is located just outside of Caesar’s Palace, which is a fitting starting point for an activity fit for an emperor.

Unlike many other zip lining adventures, you won’t have to worry about doing this one alone. In fact, FLYLINQ has been outfitted with 10 parallel lines, meaning that those who go to Vegas for a bachelor or bachelorette party can take all of their friends with that at the same time. The ride offers two different options for flying. Those who are a little more cautious can try it out from a seated position, but for the adventurers at heart, you can traverse the zip line in a superhero position.

The line begins more than 14 stories about the ground, before sliding down to a measly five stories. The entire journey is relatively short. While traveling at a speed of roughly 35 miles per hour, you can get from one end to the other in about 40 seconds top. The ticket prices depend on how you want to travel the zip line. Those who sit rather than make an attempt at being a hero will pay $10 less than their more courageous friends.
