Alaskan Cruising

If the waters are what get your adrenaline pumping, then Alaskan cruising can be a great thrill ride for you. Get aboard the Authentic Alaska Cruise, which travels from Vancouver to Sitka, and the Alaska Insider, which travels from Sitka to Vancouver, to journey to America’s Last Frontier in style. The trip includes joining a team of marine researchers and naturalists to explore the Alaskan wildlife from the open icy waters of Endicott Arm, Tracy Arm, and the Waterfall Coast. You may also have the opportunity to track the North Pacific humpback whale communication. The cruise will give you the opportunity to explore the most rugged and raw areas on a kayak, as well as see Alaska’s hidden bays, islands, and inlets which hide an intricate network of glaciers and waterfalls! It is truly a sight to behold!

Bridge Day Jumping

This event, which happens in Fayetteville, West Virginia every third Saturday in October, is a must-visit for all the adrenaline junkies around. The Bridge Day Jumping event sees adrenaline junkies jump off the edge of the New River Gorge Bridge with a parachute as tens of thousands of spectators watch on. Getting to participate in this event requires a person to have made 100 parachute jumps, skydives, and BASE jumps. Experienced rappel teams also get the chance to showcase their skills on the catwalk beneath the bridge. For the less experienced, there are various high line and zip line options too! And if you’re there just for fun, the annual event has a complete showcase of live music, local art, and an atmosphere to enjoy!

Underground Zip Lining

Known as the only fully underground zip line course in the world, this one is sure to get your heart thumping, your adrenaline spiking, and the blood roaring. Situated in the town of Louisville in Kentucky, this thrill ride happens in a man-made, 100-acre former mine residing beneath the Louisville Zoo. Over the course of two and a half hours, you’ll travel over 17 miles of passageways through six zip lines and two challenge bridges. The Louisville Mega Cavern is a ride not to be missed for anybody who’s looking for an adventure in the dark!
